The Tramontana wind is the more merciful sister of the Bura. During the summer it appears as a local wind that is transient and short-lived and usually passes in one day, but it can cause big waves, especially farther from the coast. In extreme situations, especially on the open sea, it can reach the strength of the Bura.

On the property, at Marka Marulića 2a, Pakoštane, there is a mobile home with two bedrooms for four people, and if necessary, a sofa bed can be extended. The larger room has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, and the other slightly smaller room has a slightly smaller bed 140 x 200 cm, a bathroom, a kitchen and a covered terrace with a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, an oven, a kettle and a portable electric oven.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

In front of the house is a swimming pool of 15 m2 and 2.5 m deep. The pool is intended only for that mobile home which means you can enjoy peace and privacy. Guests of the house have a barbecue at their disposal, deck chairs and a shower by the pool.

The garden is fenced, which means you can let children or pets play carelessly without fear of them getting out on the road.

Janice Beach is 500 m or a 7-minute walk away. Parking is provided behind the house.
